Kodak thermal plates deliver outstanding resistance to printing chemicals (including UV), excellent physical handling characteristics without compromising productivity, resolution or processing performance. Plates can be reused without post-baking.
Application
Long-run commercial and packaging applications, including UV. Post-baking is available for extended run lengths if required.

    Simplifying the Path from CTP Exposure to Printing

     Processless plates are designed to simplify the conventional plate-making workflow. After CTP exposure, the plate can be mounted directly on the press. During start-up, the non-image coating is removed through the dampening and inking process, allowing the press to enter normal printing production.
