Plate Type
Positive PS plate with moderate grain, fast photosensitive speed, excellent dot reproduction, wide developing latitude, good ink receptivity, suitable for medium & long run color printing

High-quality medium & long run sheet-fed offset printing, rotary offset printing, compatible with conventional ink printing

Electrochemically grained & anodized aluminum base, uniform surface grain and stable hydrophilic performance

320–450nm (compatible with conventional plate exposure light sources: iodine gallium lamps, metal halide lamps, etc.)
Plate Processor Compatibility
Compatible with all standard positive PS plate exposure machines, supports mainstream exposure light sources including 3kW iodine gallium lamps
Required Exposure Energy
30–45 mJ/cm² (actual value varies based on exposure machine model, lamp distance, exposure time and developing conditions)
AM Screening Resolution
2%–98% dot reproduction (under 200lpi), resolution ≤10μm
FM Screening Capability
Supports 10-micron stochastic screening; dot reproducibility depends on imaging equipment performance and plate exposure process
Plate Washer Compatibility
Plate washers matched with recommended developer solution are preferred
Washing Solution
Dedicated chemical solution system for positive PS plates is recommended. Standard dilution ratio: mechanical developing 1:3, manual developing 1:4~1:8
Printing Run Length (Durability)
50,000–100,000 impressions without baking; up to 300,000–450,000 impressions after baking. Baking is recommended for UV ink printing. Actual run length depends on image resolution, press condition, printing chemicals, ink and paper stock
Safe Light
Compatible with UV-filtered yellow safe light; avoid direct strong light irradiation
Baking Process (Optional)
Baking temperature: 220–240℃, baking time: 5–10 mins; dedicated baking gum is required
Shelf Life
18 months storage life. Recommended storage environment: cool & dry space at 15–27℃ with relative humidity of 25–60%
Packaging
Standard packaging: 50 plates per carton (length <1030mm); large-format plates: 30 plates per carton. Customized packaging available upon request

    Simplifying the Path from CTP Exposure to Printing

     Processless plates are designed to simplify the conventional plate-making workflow. After CTP exposure, the plate can be mounted directly on the press. During start-up, the non-image coating is removed through the dampening and inking process, allowing the press to enter normal printing production.
