The HB-II positive-working PS plate is a professional-grade pre-sensitized plate designed for high-quality sheet-fed and web offset printing, suitable for medium-to-long run color printing applications. Actual run length is subject to various factors, including image resolution, press condition, printing chemicals, and paper quality. The printing plates are available in two standard thicknesses—0.25mm and 0.27mm—with custom sizes and thicknesses offered to meet specific equipment and production process requirements. To ensure consistent performance during storage and use, plates should be kept in a cool, dry environment (15–27°C; 25–60% relative humidity), where they have a shelf life of up to 18 months; the operating area should be equipped with UV-filtering yellow safelights to prevent premature exposure caused by intense light. For processing, the use of compatible developers and processors is recommended, with standard dilution ratios of 1:3 for machine processing and 1:4 to 1:8 for manual processing to ensure uniform and thorough development. Standard products are packaged in boxes of 50 sheets, while large-format plates come in boxes of 30; customized packaging solutions are also available to facilitate transport and inventory management.
